The Distribution Invoice Amazon Wants to See

Retail receipts get rejected during brand approval reviews. Tell us the product you need — either something we can source through our own suppliers, or a link to it at a legitimate store like Walmart that won't invoice you. We buy it, resell it to you at cost, and issue a real invoice from our distribution company once it's delivered. One monthly membership covers as many brands and categories as you want to submit.

Two Ways to Get an Invoice

Buy from what we already stock, or point us at a product you found yourself. Both routes require an active membership.

Option 1

Order direct from us

Tell us what you're looking for and we'll check whether we can get it through our own suppliers. If we can, you order it from us and we invoice you from Stratosphere Distribution once it's delivered.

  • Ask about any product — we'll confirm what we can source and what it costs
  • $200 minimum on direct orders (our supplier's minimum)
  • Invoice issued once the order is confirmed delivered
  • Open to members only

We don't publish a fixed product list — availability moves. Ask and we'll tell you straight away whether we can get it.

Option 2

We buy it on your behalf

Found the product you need on a legitimate supplier's website — a retailer like Walmart that simply won't issue a proper invoice? Send us the link. We purchase the product ourselves, resell it to you from Stratosphere Distribution, and issue you an invoice from our company.

  • Send the exact product URL, which store it's from, and the quantity — not just the brand name
  • We verify the supplier is legitimate before purchasing
  • You're invoiced by us — not handed a store receipt
  • Product cost passed through with no markup
  • Only the store's own minimums apply

What we won't source: third-party marketplace listings, resellers, liquidators, auction sites, or any supplier we can't verify as legitimate.

Send Us the Product Links

For each brand or category you're chasing, send the exact product URL and which store it's from — the brand name alone isn't enough for us to buy anything. Ask us about products too and we'll check what we can source directly. No cap on how many you submit in a month.

Pay & We Purchase

We confirm the cost, you pay for the order, and we place the purchase. Product cost is passed through with no markup. Direct orders from our own suppliers carry a $200 minimum; otherwise only the store's own minimums apply.

Get Your Invoice, Then Apply

We issue your distribution invoice once the products are confirmed delivered — not at the time of order. Amazon will not accept an invoice for goods that haven't arrived yet. Then you submit it for brand or category approval. Your order either ships straight to you or comes to our facility — your choice, covered below.

Where the Products Go

Option A

Dropship to you

Once you've paid for the order, the products ship directly to your address. You prep and ship them to Amazon yourself once you're approved. Nothing sits in our warehouse, so there's nothing to store.

Best if you already prep in-house, or if you'd rather not risk storage charges while waiting on Amazon.

Option B

Ship to us — we prep when you're approved

Orders come to our Hamilton facility. We receive them and hold them while your application is under review, then prep, label and ship them into FBA the moment your approval comes through.

  • Storage fees apply if you're not approved within one month of receipt

Best if you're hands-off and want inventory ready to go into FBA the day Amazon says yes.

Note on timing: Ungating approvals are unpredictable — approval can take days or weeks. If your order comes to us, storage is free for the first 30 days; after that, standard storage fees apply until the inventory ships out. Choose dropship if you'd rather not carry that risk.

We used to mark up products and set a minimum order to make the sourcing work worth doing. We scrapped both and replaced them with a flat monthly fee.

Important Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Ungating. Amazon brand and category approval decisions are made solely at Amazon's discretion. Submitting a distribution invoice does not guarantee approval. Requirements vary by account, category, and brand, and Amazon may change their policies at any time. Stratosphere makes no representation that using this service will result in a successful ungating outcome.

No Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes unsuccessful ungating applications, months in which you submit no orders, and the remainder of a billing period after cancellation. Product orders are non-refundable once placed with the supplier, except where the supplier's own return policy applies.

Retail Pricing, Not Wholesale. Products are purchased at retail price and passed through to you at cost. This service exists to provide legitimate distribution documentation for ungating purposes — not as a sourcing program for profitable inventory. Expect little to no margin on the ungating order itself.

Supplier Terms Apply. We only purchase from legitimate, verifiable suppliers, and we reserve the right to decline any sourcing request. Direct orders through our own suppliers are subject to a $200 minimum. The supplier's own minimums, case-pack quantities, availability, and return policies apply to every order. If a product cases in packs of 12 and you only need 10 units, the full case must be purchased.

Invoices Issued on Delivery. Distribution invoices are issued once the products are confirmed delivered, not at the time of order. Amazon does not accept invoices for goods that have not yet arrived.

Storage & Prep Billed Separately. If you choose to have orders received at our facility, storage is free for the first 30 days from receipt. After 30 days, standard storage fees apply. Prep, labeling, and FBA shipment coordination are billed at our standard published rates.
